Bounenkai (Year-End Party)

• Time/Date: 6pm-8pm (opens from 5:30pm and ends no later than 8:30pm), Dec 20th, 2025.
• Place: Room 113, Higashiichijo-Kan (Access)
• Participants (18): Irhasy, Jiongshen, Diah, Samsul, Zeyu, Hafizh, Takuro, Xiangchuan, Natthanan, Angeline, Toby, Ching-Kang, Keiko, Yuju, Lei, Azwar, Steki, and liangz
• Note: There will be a Monthly Seminar in the afternoon (3pm-5pm, Room 201)

This event provides food and soft drinks but it is not just eating and drinking. It provides a time for gathering and re-gathering of the AFLSP@KU community. Here is the tentative program.

• 6:15pm-6:45pm Chatting time part 1 (random group assignment)
• 6:45pm-7:15pm Chatting time part 2 (random group assignment)
• 7:15pm-7:30pm 1 min reflection of 2025 and wish/todo in 2026
• 7:30pm-8pm Free chatting
• 8pm- Finishing
